We’re looking for someone with excellent creative skills and relevant agency or in-house experience. Based in either Manchester or Leeds, with a hybrid home and office working pattern, you will be responsible for Social’s design output across our offices in Manchester, Leeds, Liverpool and London.
You’ll work on a wide range of design projects, bringing ideas to life and helping us to create award-winning campaigns.
It’s important that you are a strong conceptual designer but are equally capable of developing a design idea from initial concept through to final artwork. You’ll have a central role in our agency team and be comfortable presenting your ideas both internally and directly to clients, as well as taking part in new business pitch processes.

Your main responsibilities will be to:
- Collaborate across the agency on design projects and ensure high quality output
- Manage and schedule your workflow
- Ensure design jobs are delivered on time and within budget
- Respond to the varied creative and design requirements of a multi-office agency team
Key qualifications and skills
We are looking for:
- Ambition to grow our agency’s design service
- Team-first and a can-do attitude
- Personable approach, able to build strong working relationships with colleagues across different locations and with clients
- Experience in designing for both on and offline channels
- Ability to design assets suitable for various communications channels (e.g. publications, marketing materials, digital channels, video, B2B and B2C campaigns)
- Excellent layout and typographical skills
- Attention to detail with a right first time mentality
- Excellent working knowledge of Creative Cloud (inc. InDesign, Photoshop and Illustrator).
- Knowledge of After Effects and XD would be desirable but not essential
- A good working knowledge of Microsoft Office, including PowerPoint
- Commercial insight and experience
