The survey of more than 150 housing sector professionals was conducted before the very challenging period the sector has experienced recently, however the results still make interesting reading.
Whilst most respondents are understandably very concerned about the sector’s reputation, many also expressed confidence in addressing factors that could help to rebuild it.
The survey into the social housing sector’s reputation also looked at views on net zero and ESG and how well housing associations are engaging stakeholders in these issues.
What’s more, organisations in the sector seems willing to invest more into monitoring and understanding how key stakeholders perceive them.
